What a delicious discovery! I am glad my friend noticed the sign indicating that the chocolaterie was located above La Plaza in downtown La Jolla, otherwise I would not have noticed. Glad also that gave it a try. Small boutique packed with high quality chocolates in different formats. The young guy working there was super friendly explaining where the products come from and answering all our questions.
Walked past and decided to grab try some chocolate. So good! Will stop by again. The pistachio one was my favorite!

The only place to get the best champagne truffles here in San Diego. If you're picky about your chocolates but want a special treat this is where you go to fulfill your chocolates desires. The chocolates are perfect and delectable. The presentations just as beautiful. Stop in buy a few, you'll be hooked. If you really want champagne truffles call before going as they do tend to sell out. Happy chocolate shopping and eating!
Awesome chocolate shop in a cute, quaint shopping area. The champagne truffles are what they're known for and absolutely the highlight of the brand. All their chocolates are apparently imported weekly from Switzerland, so depending on the day you come, they might not have their whole selection available. I think the chocolates make for a nice gift or a nice treat-yourself occasion. Only con is it's in La Jolla shores and the parking is abysmal. I would not fight traffic to come here.
